Membership Renewals Update
Just a quick note to warn members that membership renewals should have really been paid by now, however, don’t worry if you are late because you have until the end of this month (February 2011) a grace period in which to pay.
Most of the standing order payments have now been processed, we still have a few outstanding which should appear on February’s statement, we can’t reconcile and print the cards until then. We have had some problems matching up standing order payments with individuals this has been the fault of the banks by not supplying the correct information. There is currently one unidentified payment which we haven’t been able to match, made more difficult because we haven’t received the tear off slip. If you believe that this could be you please do get in contact (via the contact form).
Overall renewals have been going well, members have paid at a slightly higher rate than usual which has been great. Thank you to all those that have renewed and for being patient with the slight delay due to the personalised letters we hope you have a great year with us. Please don’t forget to collect your new cards at the bar or at the door, when manned.
