New Membership Renewal Option For 2010
To assist you in paying your subscription to the Social Club for 2010 and onwards the Committee have decided to offer you the opportunity to pay your subscription by Bank Standing Order
All you need to do is to follow the following these instructions:-
- Download (below) or collect the Standing Order Form for Current Members.
- Fill in the name and address of your Bank Account.
- Complete details of your Banks Sort Code. This can be found on your Bank Statement or Cheque Book.
- Complete details of your Bank Account Number. Again this can be found on your Bank Statement or Cheque Book.
- Enter your Social Club Membership Number in the Reference Number Box.
- Enter your Annual Subscription Fee. (add £3.00 if you wish to include a Pass Card)
- Sign and Date the Form
- Send or pass the form to your Bank Account Branch. 14 days before 02/01/2010
- Members of a Family will need to complete separate forms.
An Associate Card & Pass Card allows Members to visit other CIU registered Clubs. The Associate Card is a one off purchase of £3.00 and can be purchased from the Membership Secretary. Pass Cards are renewable each Year and can be added to your Subscription Fee on the Standing Order Form. This can be done only if you already have an Associate Card, if not this can also be purchased from the Membership Secretary.
If you are an Internet Banker I understand you can set up a Standing Order on line.
