1st Goring International Sausage Festival Barbeque at Goring Social Club .
On Sunday 30th August , August Bank Holiday Weekend,we are having the1st International Sausage Barbeque at the Goring Social Club from 7.30pm.

There will be a feast of international sausage cuisine cooked by our master barbecuer , Chris Jones, prepared with complimentary pickles and sauces. A wide variety of sausages will be on offer -
Grillowa Keilbasa – the classic lighly smoked sausage from Torun in Northern Poland
Merguez – the spicy lamb chipolata, originally Tunisian but much enjoyed in France
Murnberger Rostbratwurst – the masterpiece of sausage-craft from Bavaria with traditional suaurkraut and horseradish
Bockwurst - The original tastier Frankfurter grilled and served as it would be in the Fatherland
The Directors Cut – Top of the range British sausages from Simmonds of Goring . Luxuriously herby and tender skinned
Boekwoers – the meaty, spicy, spiral sausage of South Africa . Try it with our Monkey-gland sauce
Linconshire Organic Vegetable – Delicious vegetarian sausage by award winning Caldron Foods
They will be served with bread or rolls and there will be a range of complimentary pickles and sauces – all for £2.50 each.
