September Bar News
This report comes in a bit late due to holidays etc. However, better late than never!
August was a bit slow for ale consumption in the Club probably due to the bad weather and holidays affecting attendance. As a result, Brakspears bitter (3.5) and Deuchars IPA (3.8) were still to make an appearance at the start of the month. We have two barrels each of these popular beers and I anticipate they will disappear quickly once holiday time comes to an end.
They will be followed by West Berkshire brewery Mr Chubbs and Old Father Thames, two copper coloured beers that always sell well in the Club. Towards the end of the month, we will offer you several very interesting ales will follow.
We only have one firkin of each of these ales so they will go quickly and you might miss out if you don’t keep your eye on the middle pump!
